  • Techniques to massage your foot are not difficult. 
  • Many people like to use a massage oil because they can stroke their skin without pulling.
  • Start by massaging the pressure points on the soles of your foot. 
  • Take Olive Oil or Lavender Oil, add few drops of essential oil.
  •  Be sure to rub all of it in so you don’t slip.
  • Apply pressure as deeply as you enjoy.  Pay special attention to any place that feels tender or sore.
  • Remember your arches and rub the arch all the way from your heel to the ball of your foot
  • Do not use your thumb so hard that it becomes sore and then it, too, will need a massage.
  •  If you are pressing hard and putting undo strain on your thumb, try rolling a tennis ball under your foot. Sometimes it is nice to special massage toys to pamper your feet.
  •  One of the simplest is a tennis ball. You can stand on it and roll it around.
  • Bend your toes back and forth to their full range of motion.
  • Massage the sides of each toe and the space between the toes. Massage the tops and bottoms of each toe.
