How to make your skin glow and Radiant

    1.    Exfoliate:
Soak a towel in warm water. Gently place this on your face and let it sit for one to two minutes. This will open your pores and prepare the skin on your face for exfoliation
Mix baking soda with your facial cleanser to make it an exfoliating cleanser. Gently rub it onto your skin   in circular motions over your entire face to get rid of dead skin and leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes before rinsing off

       ·         Eat whole, unprocessed foods: Almonds, Fish, Banana, Broccoli, Orange are good  foods for beat the stress.
       ·         Listen to music
       ·         Have a good laugh

3.    Water benefits for skin:
The fact is that skin is an organ, and just like any other part of the body. Your skin is made up of cells. And skin cells, like any other cell in the body, are made up of water. Without water, the organs will certainly not function properly or at their best.
Drinking an adequate amount of water daily is important for overall good health because water aids in digestion, circulation, absorption and even excretion
  • Apply a hydrating moisturizer within 2 minutes of leaving the bath or shower. The skin is still porous and is vulnerable to products that are applied following the bath or shower, allowing better absorption.
  • Apply a product containing hyaluronic acid prior to your moisturizer, such as Skin cuticles Hydrating B5 Gel. Hyaluronic acid holds 1,000 times its own weight in water, thus attracting water to the skin and holding it there.
  • Drink more water. Drinking at least 8 glasses a day will help rid the body and skin of toxins. Everyone will not agree that water consumption will improve skin but it certainly can't hurt. Many people often report that by increasing their water intake, their skin has a more radiant glow. Those who suffer from acne have reported the same results. Nothing will happen overnight, but even a good couple of weeks of increasing water intake should be enough for you to see how hydration affects your own skin.  

      4.    Protect your skin:
One of the most important ways to take care of your skin is to protect it from the sun. A lifetime of sun exposure can cause wrinkles, age spots and other skin problems as well as increase the risk of skin cancer.
Use sunscreen. 
Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15. Apply sunscreen generously, and reapply every two hours.
Seek shade. 
Avoid the sun between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., when the sun's rays are strongest.
Wear protective clothing. 
Cover your skin with tightly woven long-sleeved shirts, long pants and wide-brimmed hats.

Now here's another good reason to get enough sleep: sleep deprivation also could cause your skin to age faster but the relationship between skin health and lack of quality sleep can be a vicious cycle.

Poor sleep can lead to increased stress in the body that increases the severity of inflammatory skin conditions such as acne.
